Founded by Daniel Iredale, Horizon Resuscitation offers top quality medical training in the Foothills. 

Daniel is an Advanced Care Paramedic with training and experience working in emergency medicine for the last 11 years. He has Critical Care, Flights, Toxicology & Hazmat experience, and has worked all over Alberta in both the rural and metro environments. 

Currently offering ACLS, PALS, PEARS, NRP courses.

What We Do


Horizon Resuscitation Training aims to offer high quality advanced medical training courses. We have the latest in QCPR technology to provide real time feedback and optimize your high quality CPR performance.

We offer small class sizes with plenty of hands on time with the equipment whether you are here for a refresher or it is your first time taking the course. 

Courses are held on site in our classroom located in Foothills County, 10 minutes east of Okotoks.

Horizon Resuscitation aims to provide a wide variety of medical training courses. 

Currently we offer NRP, ACLS, PALS & PEARS. In the next 5 years we would like to expand our course roster to include ACLS EP, ITLS as well as First Aid, BLS and Stop the Bleed.

The Horizon Resuscitation classroom is located in Foothills County on a quiet acreage. 

15 minutes from Okotoks, or 20 minutes from south Calgary.

The premier advanced resuscitation program designed for healthcare providers to improve outcomes with adult patients experiencing a cardiovascular emergency.

The premier advanced resuscitation program designed for healthcare providers to improve outcomes for pediatric patients experiencing respiratory emergencies, shock and cardiopulmonary arrest.

PEARS equips healthcare providers who periodically care for pediatric patients with foundational skills to participate in the initial management of respiratory and shock emergencies, and cardiopulmonary arrest.

This educational program introduces the concepts and skills of neonatal resuscitation to individuals and teams who may be required to resuscitate newborn babies.
